During this situation, the link below will allow you to chat to IT Support, just like we have within school so you are able to get instant support when required.

This is usually manned between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday during term time.

If no one answers the call, please email itsupport@shs.starmat.co.uk where a ticket will be created and one of us will pick up the ticket.

We'd also appreciate some feedback on how satisfied you were on receiving support by us. This will help us to establish where we can improve in the future. Feed back can be given anonymously at Give Feedback.
